BEST DAIRY-FREE SHRIMP QUESADILLAS

HAPPY NATIONAL QUESADILLA DAY! In honor of this amazing holiday, I decided to create a 15-minute simple dairy-free shrimp quesadilla recipe.


Here is my dairy-free shrimp quesadillas recipe that dairy-free and even milk lovers will ENJOY!

Step 1: Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 2: Add the chopped onion and chopped pepper to the skillet.

Step 3: Mix the vegetables for approximately 3-4 minutes.

Step 4: Next, stir in the raw shrimp, garlic powder, onion powder, and taco seasoning.

Step 5: Cook this mixture for about 4 minutes (make sure the shrimp is thoroughly cooked).

Step 6: Remove the skillet from heat and set cooked ingredients aside on a cutting board or plate. Wipe the skillet clean and replace back on the stovetop.

Step 7: Divide the cooked shrimp/vegetable mix, shredded dairy-free cheese, and parsley atop 4 tortillas.

Step 8: Fold each tortilla in half.

Step 9: Lastly, heat the remaining olive oil in the skillet over low-medium heat. Cook the folded tortillas in the heated skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until the cheese melts.

Step 10: ENJOY!
