The Holiday Season is here, and chestnuts continue to be roasted on an open fire. In honor of National Eggnog Day on December 24th, I decided to make a dairy-free/vegan remix of classic EGGNOG! Eggnog is typically made up of a mixture of cream, milk, eggs, and sugar. My deliciously, creamy, rendition is made with 4 simple ingredients - almond milk, vegan sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg!

Here is my Vegan Eggnog recipe: dairy-free, vegan, and even milk lovers will ENJOY!

Step 1: Pour almond milk, sugar, olive oil, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and a dash of cinnamon into a blender. (*Optional: Can add a shot of alcohol for a spiked version; either rum, bourbon, or brandy).

Step 2: Blend for about 1-2 minutes until it's foamy and all the sugar has dissolved.

Step 3: Serve in glasses with an optional sprinkle of nutmeg. ENJOY!

It's only 67 degrees here in Florida. I need this in my life.
